Bingo Sprinters Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Bingo Sprinters, we make booking simple and secure — whether through our website, WhatsApp, social media channels, by phone, or directly through our office.

Once a reservation is confirmed for your selected date and time, the vehicle and chauffeur are exclusively allocated for you. Therefore:

All confirmed bookings are non-refundable.

Booking Modification

We understand plans may change. Customers may request changes to their reservation up to 96 hours (4 days) before the service time, subject to:

• Vehicle availability
• Any fare difference at the time of modification

If a booking is canceled, a service credit may be issued to use for a future booking within 1 month from the cancellation date. After this period, unused credit will automatically expire.
