Welcome to Bingo Sprinters. These Terms of Service govern your access and use of our website, chauffeur services, luxury vehicles, and all transportation services provided by us.

By booking, requesting, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Overview

Bingo Sprinters provides luxury chauffeured transportation services across Dubai and the UAE, including:

  • Airport Transfers
  • Hotel Transfers
  • UAE Intercity Travel
  • VIP & Corporate Transport
  • Business Travel
  • Full Day Chauffeur Service
  • Mercedes V-Class Chauffeur Service
  • Mercedes Sprinter Group Transport
  • Event & Wedding Transfers
  • Private Luxury Transportation Services

All services are subject to vehicle availability and booking confirmation.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment may be required to secure a reservation.
  • Accepted payment methods include online payment, bank transfer, cash, WhatsApp booking, or office payment.
  • Prices may vary depending on distance, duration, vehicle type, seasonal demand, and travel requirements.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra hours, waiting time, toll gates, parking, or special requests.

3. Cancellation & Modification

  • All confirmed bookings are non-refundable.
  • Free booking modifications may be requested up to 96 hours before service time, subject to availability.
  • Approved booking credits must be used within 1 month from the issue date.
  • No-show or last-minute cancellation may result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate pickup and drop-off details
  • Arriving on time at the pickup location
  • Maintaining respectful behavior inside vehicles
  • Following UAE transportation and safety regulations

Any vehicle damage or excessive cleaning caused by passengers may result in additional charges.

5. Chauffeur & Safety

  • All chauffeurs are licensed professionals in accordance with UAE transportation regulations.
  • Vehicles are maintained to UAE luxury and safety standards.
  • Seat belts must be worn at all times.
  • Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service in cases involving harmful behavior, illegal activity, or intoxication.

6. Airport Transfers

  • Airport pickup bookings include up to 60 minutes complimentary waiting time after flight landing.
  • Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
  • Customers must provide accurate flight details to ensure timely airport transfer service.

7. Privacy & Data Usage

We respect and protect customer information in accordance with UAE privacy standards.

Customer information is used only for:

  • Booking management
  • Service communication
  • Customer support
  • Operational improvements

8. Liability Disclaimer

Bingo Sprinters shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, road closures, or external circumstances
  • Lost, forgotten, or damaged personal belongings inside vehicles
  • Passenger actions during travel
  • Circumstances outside our operational control

Maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the booked transportation service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time to improve operations and comply with UAE regulations.
